Portly Concrete Birds - Grand Turk Shore Gallery Collection

Round, grounded, and full of quiet personality — the Portly Concrete Bird is hand-poured from raw concrete and finished entirely by hand. This pair is cast in the Grand Turk Shore colorway: crackled turquoise pigment fracturing across warm taupe concrete — the colors of Caribbean water meeting sun-warmed sand, and the wild island donkeys that roam the shores of Grand Turk. Available in two sizes, each bird carries the subtle marks of its making: slight variations in texture, weight, and surface that make every single one its own.

Small (3 x 2.75 x 1.75") and Large (4.5 x 4 x 3") — display them together or let one stand alone on a shelf, mantel, or windowsill. They are equally at home outdoors at a garden gathering or tucked into a bookshelf corner.

Small batches of pigmented concrete are layered by hand directly into the mold — each coat applied with intention, leaving subtle pockets of air that become part of the surface itself.
