Due to the handcrafted, one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we provide detailed descriptions and measurements for every item so you know exactly what you're receiving. For this reason, all purchases made through our website are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged in shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at melenasartstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include photos and a description of the damage, and we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
