Shipping Policy
Processing Time All pieces are handcrafted in small batches and made with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared and packed before it ships. During high-demand periods (holidays, launches), processing may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Methods & Rates We ship via UPS and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150.
Packaging Each piece is individually wrapped and packed with care to protect it during transit. Due to the weight and fragility of concrete art, we use reinforced packaging to ensure your order arrives safely.
Damage in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item within 48 hours of delivery and email us at melenasartstudio@gmail.com. We'll work with you to make it right.
Local Pickup Local pickup is available in Orrville, Ohio by appointment. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll reach out to schedule a time.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
